A graduate, ideally an early years graduate, or undergraduate in your final year. 

 

You will be confident, knowledgeable and experienced. You will know how to set and maintain high standards.

 

You must have the potential for Leadership and be able to demonstrate through your practice that you can:

  • Have the potential for Leadership

  • Have high expectations of babies, toddlers and young children 

  • Establish stimulating environments to help children develop and learn

  • Provide routines that meet children's needs to develop and learn

  • Use observations to monitor development and progress 

  • Provide safe, appropriate play opportunities 

  • Use resources suitable for children's interests and abilities

  • Respond appropriately to children

  • Support the development of children's communication and language

  • Promote children’s rights, equality and inclusion 

  • Establish a safe environment that promotes well-being

  • Be accountable for the delivery and maintain a high quality provision

  • Full-time 4 days per week

  • Annual holiday entitlement of 22.5 days per year
